4. Consultations and Bookings

Free consultations (online and in-person) are offered at our discretion and subject to availability. Booking a consultation does not constitute a treatment agreement or guarantee of any specific outcome.

Deposit Policy

Certain treatment bookings (particularly multi-day procedures such as All-on-4, full mouth restorations, and implant placements) may require a deposit to secure your appointment dates. Deposit amounts and refund conditions will be communicated in writing before any payment is requested. Deposits are generally refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 14 days in advance.

Cancellation

Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations of free consultations. For paid bookings, refer to the specific deposit and cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

5. Treatment Guarantees

Dental Excellence León offers written guarantees on treatments performed at our clinic. General terms include:

• Material warranty: Crowns, veneers, bridges, and implant-supported restorations are warranted against material and workmanship defects for a period specified in your treatment agreement (typically 2 years).
• Adjustment policy: Minor adjustments within 30 days of placement are performed at no additional charge.
• Exclusions: Guarantees do not cover damage from accidents, trauma, teeth grinding without a prescribed night guard, or failure to follow post-treatment care instructions provided by your dentist.

Specific guarantee terms are provided in writing as part of your personalized treatment plan prior to commencing treatment. The guarantee terms on the Site are indicative only; the written treatment agreement governs in all cases.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and are indicative only. Final pricing depends on clinical evaluation, complexity of your specific case, and materials selected. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will provide a firm written quote before any treatment begins. Payment terms, including accepted payment methods and installment options (if any), will be communicated during your consultation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Dental Excellence León or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States and, specifically, the laws of the state of Guanajuato, México, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of León, Guanajuato, México.
